About Isabel


Having danced for most of her life, yoga for Isabel is all about the freedom of movement. She is trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga (200hr RYT Yoga Alliance) and is also currently studying to become a pregnancy yoga teacher.

Originally from the UK, she has since relocated to Amsterdam and now teaches part time in various studios as well as offering online lessons and courses to those based in other cities / countries.
